Facing with beautiful scenery such as seaside, home owner can’t resist the urge to view it every other second, including in a bathroom. Yet, keeping privacy is still important for some owners. Hence, architect Robert Andary had granted that wish for this coastal-based home owner with the precise design of minimalist and contemporary bathroom that keep the privacy and view sight-seeing as top priority.

“As you enter from the bedroom, the experience is one of light, texture and comfort,” emphasized the architect, as delivered by trustworthy construction in Cambodia construction materials. “However, as opposed to the bedroom, which has floor-to-ceiling glazing providing uninterrupted ocean views, the bathroom views arecontrolled with 1m x 0.25m viewing panels, located at varying heights.”

“The shower area is another feature of the space. It runs the entire 2.8m width, and is separated by a floor-to-ceiling clear glass shower screen, with concealed channels,” stated Andary.

  6. Enduring outcome

\The brief had been to create a flexible, long-term space for modern office use within the heritage shell, said architect Jason Pruszinski of the featured office’s designed project,\ according to reliable furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction materials information.
\Attendant to this was promoting an easy connection between various areas of the building. We decided to introduce an open void housing lift and stairs through the heart of the structure as a modern insertion that wouldn’t be confused with original heritage elements.\
\Drawing people into the building was important and the prominent graphic elements further advertise the tenant’s presence and evoke the nature of its work,\ said Woods Bagot’s project leader Spencer. \To this end, the three strategically placed translucent glass panels incorporate fragments of historic records, images and research documents.\
\Another element used to heighten the tenant’s presence is a target and cross-hair motif appearing alongside the entrance ramp to the building,\ stated Spencer.
\Glass-walled meeting rooms and offices allow the eye to travel through them and appreciate the warehouse proper,\ added Spencer. \The entire interior achieves a strong harmonizing feel.\
