It’s just hours when i learned that Facebook has launched some geeky stuff they called “Facebook Timeline”. Well, in a nutshell it’s your facebook profile, photos, activities, etc. tightly knit together in an interface similar to other social networking apps like myspace, multiply, flickr and the likes. Of course, in the native facebook color scheme of gray and blue.
Anyway here’s how my profile looks:
Sexy huh? 🙂
Quoting Charles Darwin:
“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change.”
Ever since i learned of that line few years a go, I don’t just remember – I live it. I ADAPT TO ‘Changes’
Head on to this post if you fancy to try it out too.
MY shout outs to these 3 amazing birthday celebrants this September: Papa Nick (9/15) Aaron (9/22) and Papa Jun (9/Today)

Sorry boss, no fancy plans again today. who cares, there’s always another day for that. It’s raining crazy the whole day. The kids got their KFC treats already. Aiken’s not feeling well… So might as well stay home instead.

Glee: The 3D Concert Movie
PG, 1 hr. 40 min.
Documentary, Musical & Performing Arts, Comedy
Directed By: Kevin Tancharoen
Im a GLEEK. And i know you are too coz you wouldn’t be here reading this if you’re not in the first place.
In a nutshell, Glee is a scripted series where you’ll see your neighbors’, friends’, enemies’ or your own personality put into a show that defies the idea of entity/culture differences. Black. White. Asian. Latin. Blonde. Fat. Skinny. Sporty. Bullies. Weirdos. Geek. Handicap. Homo.
Lebanese Lesbian. Et Cetera. Name it, they have it all – agreeing, arguing, talking, loving, fighting, singing and whatnots speaking in a language common to us all: MUSIC.
The title promises a concert movie which is based on the show, and the film delivers it. Although with a few shortcoming such as the storyline (I don’t think it existed) and casting (How come substitute teacher Holly Holiday played by Gwyneth Paltrow is on the movie and the main man Coach Will is not?) Plus the disappointing fact that my personal fave Quinn played by Dianne Agron has less exposure throughout the film.
Although some points missing, they made it up for it by including interludes of real life gleeks found after each song, these are the part where it’ll pinch your heart out as they story-tell their own glee-like experiences. This for me made the movie more personal for the audiences.
On top of it, the 3D Dolby audiovisual system did its job right for this musical experiences where you get the feeling that you’re actually at the concert with the best seat in the house.
To wrap it up, I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 for its total awesome package. I believe the movie was made as a souvenir for the gleek bandwagons after a successful season 3 run, or a supplement while we wait for FOX and the rest of the cast of season 4 comes back. If you haven’t seen the movie… don’t be a douche-bag, get on your feet, head on to your nearest 3D cinema and grab your tickets now!
(Big thanks to Hannee thru Socheat, thru Phalla, then Mommy Joyce for the limited premier tickets!)
Some snaps from Legend Cinema:
Logging in back to Friendster for most of us who inevitably migrated to Facebook is like going back to our hometown only to find out that you are really in a ghost town. A place once busier than your city’s public market, now eerier than a grave yard.
Let’s face it, before FACEBOOK, you were once a Friendster-baby who once asked “penge testi!” [gimme testi(monial)]. Right? We were one of those peeps that stalks on somebody elses profile, then we realize FS has some feature (that we all want FB to have) which is the “Who’s viewed me”
Too bad nothing good last forever. Friendster, once dominant social network, suggested to its user-base to back up their photos, comments, blogs and groups as the content would be deleted during a massive overhaul on May 31 2011.
So yeah, here goes the white flag. Friendster i should say is giving up it’s old social networking genre – and will be concentrating on a not-so populated market which is entertainment and gaming.
oh, how to backup / download your friendster stuff? click that huge photo above or just click here : http://apps.friendster.com/exporter
I’ll just see you all at FS’s afterlife 🙂

So much help from my khmer buddy… lol!
After downing a glass of extra joss, i saw my colleague preparing her hot water drink with some black seed… i asked what is it in english, she doesnt know but she said its “Kruap Gee” or something like that in Khmer… another staff whose pregnant said it’s good for the health…
So yeah, i did try it out and it’s not so bad at all! it feels like jelly or something and tastes like tapioca pearl (sago)… this is way better than the ‘sago” they sell at the grocery… Speaking of grocery, i once saw the same thing at Lucky, i’ll probably check it out what’s it called in english, i’ll let you know!
