Trying to blog (again) with my fancy yellow hair
May 17, 2007i always get the feeling of being sluggish every time I try to get back to something after a break (vacation break that is). In short - hangover.
Still have have a lot to blog about but meantime, enjoy my yellow dyed hair while I’m trying to recap what has been going on for the past few days: Juniper’s controversial nip slip at wowowee last 12 , Vodka, Tequila, GSM Blue mixes, Election 2007, Pahiyas Festival & Francine Prietto, acquaintance with old and new found people: nika, jen, len, eds, anna, carlo yet still holding on.
More, more & a lot more.
Still feeling gloomy, confused, wasted, depressed.

Adobe CS3 Launched in Manila
May 6, 2007Another spellbinding event took place during the Adobe® Creative Suite® 3 Official Launch in Manila last Friday 4 May 2007 at Makati Shangri-La Hotel Rizal Ballroom Makati Avenue.
Who wouldn’t be fired up when the new line of titles Adobe has to offer for CS3 was well unveiled by key people from Adobe Asia Pacific itself. One of Manila’s favorite (and I guess the other asean countries’ as well is Ms. Marianne Young Ledesma, (Philippines Pride) Singapore-based Applications Engineer for Adobe Asia Pacific who carries the show onward to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, & The Philippines.
T’was my 3rd time to attend Adobe’s road show. The last of which is the Indesign World 2006 (same venue) & the very first is during the Adobe CS 2 Launch at Greenbelt onstage last 2005. The only thing you can whine about between the 2 launches is : at CS2 Launch, we were indulge with expensive morning & afternoon snacks, and at CS3 - only coffee & water was served.
I need not to cite specifics about the CS3 launch. All in all I give them A+. Who wouldn’t, you’d be astonished to see magical features from Adobe & Macromedia that you haven’t seen before presented smoothly by people of Adobe.
Just read the feature booklet in your loot bags if you have any. Or watch them at Adobe’s Design Center and see for yourselves on what CS3 has to offer.
Me, Inah (Jivy’s sister) & Ramsey went there early at 9. Fiona & Fred followed after lunch. We envy Inah’s experience since we we’re like 2nd or 3rd year college when we started to expose our self with this type of road shows, but Inah, she’s just a fresh high school grad who’ll be taking Computer Engineering. What more could she be attending on her 3rd and 4th years.
Furthermore, here’s a couple of captured moments during & post CS3 launch.
