The skies of Manila will once again glitter as the La Mancha Group of Companies bring you the 3rd World Pyro Olympics 2008. This year’s edition of the fireworks competition in Manila will showcase what is considered to be the world’s best when it comes to Fireworks craftsmanship and artistry.

The 2008 World Pyro Olympics Fireworks Competition will be held at the Bay Area of Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Philippines.

February 16 - China (CN) vs Germany (DE)
February 23 - Japan (JP) vs Australia (AU)
March 1 - Korea (KO) vs Dubai (AE)
March 8 - Italy (IT) vs Venezuela (VE)
March 15 - France (FR) vs Philippines (PH)

    Hi, the Pyro Olympics have been rescheduled to the following dates:

    29 March- China and Germany
    5 April - Korea and Canada
    12 April- Japan and Australia
    19 April - Italy and Venezuela
    26 April - France and Philippines

    Also, Dubai will be replaced by Canada. Tickets (P100) will be available in the 2nd week of Feb.

    rescheduled???? so it means that there is no scheduled for tomorrow (feb. 16, 2008)? am i right?

    The World Olympics III has been moved and will be held on the following dates:

    April 5, 2008 - China and Germany
    April 12, 2008 -Japan and Canada
    April 19, 2008 - Italy and Venezuela
    April 26, 2008 - France and Korea
    May 3, 2008 - Australia and Philippines (host country – exhibitor only, not in competition)

    Two pyrotechnic shows with a duration of 18-20 minutes each will be displayed every Saturday night on the following dates above.

    i think that you’ll even be more pissed when u hear that wpo has been moved for the fourth time on may 3 to may 31 the reason is so that it would go with the fiesta month!
