Who Nestles Poell ?

Just kidding It’s a limited Invite-Only affair and tickets ain’t really for sale.  It’s actually another of  those “rare” items here on the internet. You can get one by following these simple steps :

1) Blog about the awards night on your blog. Include your email in your post. (like this one -> nestlepoell at gmail dot com

2) Link to this entry.

3) Leave a comment at PBA comment page so they’ll check out your blog and send you an e-Ticket via email.

4) Reply to that email with your complete name and blog URL.

The e-Ticket will serve as your pass to the Awards night. It’s limited seating so we cannot guarantee everyone to get a pass but its first come first serve.

There’ll be around a hundred tickets or so. Once you get your e-Ticket in your email, print it and bring it on the awards night so we can exchange that with the real one. That will also serve as your raffle ticket to the mobile phones and iPod that we will raffle off during the event.

Today marks another milestone in my life. I was able to bring home 2 prestigious awards (medal + certificate) during the recognition rites:

• First Place, Outstanding Student Organization Member (JPCS) &
• Outstanding Member, JPCS (College of Engineering, Computer Studies & Technology)

Every year, recipients are notified through department bulletin boards prior to the recognition ceremony. My name is included together with Joanne Lopez as the Outstanding Member and Officer. I wasn’t aware of the first award I received though (the 1st Place one). No wonder I was a bit anxious when my name was called after the 2nd & 3rd awardees, of which was received by 2 JPIA (Junior Phil. Institute of Accountants) members collectively.

as i always say when i receive something good - to God be the glory!
